工作职责：

1、负责设计薪酬管理体系及绩效管理体系；

2、负责制定薪酬管理制度及绩效管理制度；

3、负责组织绩效考核、收集和整理绩效考核数据、提交绩效考核分析报告、组织绩效面谈等管理工作；

4、负责行业薪酬调研，负责公司薪酬管理及绩效管理的实施、监控、评估改善；

5、负责协调考核部门与被考核部门、考核者与被考核者之间的关系；

6、完成上级安排的其它相关工作。

任职要求：

1、本科或以上学历，人力资源或企业管理类专业毕业；

2、 3年以上薪酬福利和绩效管理工作经验,了解薪酬、绩效体系设计和管理流程，掌握KPI、MBO等专业工具，对岗位价值评估有深入见解；

3、精通制作有关薪酬福利和绩效管理表格，分析能力强、意识原则性强；

4、熟悉国家劳资政策和相关法律法规，具有国际教育行业工作经验优先考虑；

5、逻辑思维能力、口头及书面表达能力强；

6、有亲和力，擅长与人沟通和交往，有客观公正的见解；

7、细心、认真，具备高度工作责任心，熟练操作word、excel、PPT等办公软件。
