The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers and leaders to identify and determine recruiting needs to include the knowledge, skills, ability, and other qualifications required. Be responsible of SolarEdge's end to end recruitment. Will be in charge of conducting the recruitment from A to Z including: recruitment platforms and agencies, sorting CV's, conducting interviews, will be responsible for recruitment database, employees’ contracts. In addition, you will assist in a variety of human resources programs and activities, often encompassing several areas of human resources as assigned.

Responsible for new hires integration, termination, compiles statistical reports and information.

Responsible for the HR day-to-day work.

Responsibilities:

· Work with multiple teams to deliver high quality hiring results in a fast-changing work environment.

· Partner with hiring teams to set best-suited sourcing and hiring strategies, utilize timing and hiring resources effectively to find and attract talents, solve challenges, produce solutions and drive for results and alignment in an efficient manner.

· Initiate actions and practices to improve hiring efficiency, promote employer branding, candidate experience and engagement.

· Proactively source and engage with talents to build a long-term pipeline

· Responsible for on boarding and termination process

· Ensure new hires boarding process and papers complete and update the HR data base

· Support on new comer orientation training and other programs

· Support as HRBP and assist other HR function to handle HR issues as assigned.

· Support other cross HR tasks / projects and HR Administration as will be defined

· Other ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

· BA in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Science or equivalent

· 5+ years proven record of previous experience in a similar position

· 3 + years of previous experience in MNC

· Strong background in recruitment

· English ability both in Verbal and Written

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle a fast-paced environment

· Understanding of business environment and High-tech/electronic manufacturing field

· Project management skills

· Computer/Systems oriented and experience with (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HR Software)

· Experience working in a retained executive search firm and/or agency is a plus

· Experience sourcing, recruiting and negotiating offers with senior level positions would be a big advantage

· Experience of sourcing and recruiting internationally, and using social media as a recruiting tool is a plus
