RESPONSIBILITY

-          Responsible for claims and complaints follow-up with the support of the kam & technical team

    

-          manage id sheets updates

    

-          manage factory guidelines for all services

    

-          manage SgT contact list

    

-          manage new tools and accessories sourcing and supply

    

-          contribute to e-learning platform with technical teams

    

-          participate in technical projects of the team and of the company

    

-          simple sop updates (standard only)

REQUEST

Minimum 5- 10 years working experience

Previous experience:

-          Quality or technical coordination from manufacturing industry (preferably textiles)

-          Merchandising experience from international trading company, buying house , logistics provider

MUST:

-          Knowledge of quality processes

-          Experience in service industry in an international environment

-          OR Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably textiles

-          Knowledge of ISO norms

-          Fluent English & Mandarin speaker  

-          Good communication and interpersonal skills

-          Master degree / University degree
