1.Overall be responsible for quality at Chinasavvy

全面负责公司的质量工作

2.Oversee and develop all QA specifications in conjunction with Engineering and Marketing department

与工程部和市场部合作监管和建立所有的产品质检要求清单

3.Manage the schedule and performance of QA staff and ensure give enough guidance how to check the critical points when assign any projects to the QE/QC and perform necessary training

4.Liaise with Sourcing department and advise what QC jigs are gauges might be necessary for enquiries ready for quotation and the costs of the jigs for gauges

为采购部提供有关采购项目中QC必须使用的夹具的建议，并提供相关夹具的价格以便采购部计算成本

5.Develop and implement correct and effective QC procedures and practices to be performed by inspectors

建立正确有效的质量控制流程和规范，确保质量工程师认真执行

6.Verify these practices are properly carried out

验证质量控制规范是否被正确执行

7.Create documentation in order to report to engineering and production necessary corrective action and improvements in production

建立文档，向工程部和生产部汇报生产中必要的纠正措施和改善措施

9.Overall responsibility of ISO 9001 development, implementation and maintenance of the quality system

全面负责ISO 9001的建立，实施并且维护质量系统

10.Conduct internal and external audits for ISO 9001 system

进行ISO 9001 质量系统的内部和外部审核

11.Overall responsibility for audit all suppliers and submit updated reports

审核供应商，递交最新的审核报告

12.Improve audit quality by searching and obtaining important information from suppliers regarding quality systems, quality efficiency, manufacturing capabilities and financial aspects

从质量系统，质量效率，制造能力和财务方面了解供应商的重要信息，以改善审核工作的质量

13.Conduct quality inspection and quality monitoring in factories and office

在工厂及公司办公室从事相关的质量检查及质量监督工作

14.Analyze drawings/parts for detecting potential problems in advance

分析图纸、零部件尽早发现并提出问题关注点

15.Report the quality control result and release the accurate quality control report in time

及时汇报质量检验结果，出具质量检验报告

任职资格：

1.Fluent spoken & written English

具有流利的英语口语与书写能力

2.Hold the certificate of ISO Internal Auditor,  have experience in ISO 9001 systems 

持有ISO9001 内审员证书，具有ISO 9001系统实操经验

3.Be able to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

能操作电脑软件， 如：MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint 和 Outlook

4.Have knowledge of MS Project or ability to learn with appropriate training. 

能操作MS Project或者通过培训能使用MS Project

5.Have ability to read and understand engineering drawings

具备阅读并理解工程图纸的能力

6.Be able to open, view and interrogate CAD data using ProE and SolidWorks

能使用ProE 和 SolidWorks打开，阅读和访问CAD数据

7.Understand quality standards and requirements in Europe and USA market

了解欧美品质系统的标准和要求

8.Be careful, proactive and cooperative

9.Have good communication skill and high sense of responsibility
