Position: Quality Control Manager

Location: Shanghai Office (preferred, but Beijing and Guangzhou also possible)

Type of employment: Full-time

Report to: China Executive

We are currently looking for an experienced manager to control the quality and risk of Mazars.

Job Responsibility & Accountability:

• Establish and conduct the quality control systems, procedures, in-process quality control standards, inspection methodologies and continual improvement
• Provide professional services and supervisions to assure quality implementations
• Manage and optimize internal and external quality resources for high agility, good performance and cost saving
• Coach and supervise all quality relevant activities and coordinate the teams to ensure report and processes are compliant within a stringent quality system
• Ensure risk assessments are conducted and appropriate mitigation actions are in place
• Design and deliver quality functionality training and development programs, as well as employee training and development.
• Build good operational coordination with global quality teams, internal quality groups and clients
• Prepare and deliver technical opinions for partners and clients
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree with Accounting or Audit related major
• At least 2 years working experience in area of quality control function
• CICPA qualification is a strong plus
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Able to work with different cross function units
• Open minded, diligent, patient and great attitude in high pressure situations
• Good at both spoken and written English
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
