一、行政管理

1. 负责公司行政管理制度流程的完善、宣贯和培训工作，协助上级对日常工作纪律的检查和督促；
2. 负责公司文件的拟、收、发、存文档管理，包括公司例会及日常会议的组织、会议纪要等工作；
3. 负责公司办公用品的统计、申购、采购、保管以及发放管理；
4. 负责公司固定资产的管理、核实、台帐登记管理；
5. 负责行政性合同的分类管理；
6. 负责推进企业文化管理工作，组织布置公司内部各项定期和不定期集体活动；
7. 负责员工日常差旅事务安排，以及后续差旅费用的登记、统计、核对和报销等相关管理工作；
8. 协助上级处理日常基础性财务工；
9. 负责公司来访接待，以及办公环境的管理；
10. 领导交办的其他相关事宜。

1. 完善公司人事管理制度，协助上级确保日常人事管理制度的维护和执行到位；
2. 根据各部门编制及实际情况，拟定招聘方案并实施开展招聘工作，并负责招聘与任用的具体事务性工作，包括发放招聘启示、收集应聘资料、安排面试、跟踪落实面试结果等；
3. 负责办理员工的入职和离职手续；
4. 负责新员工入职培训工作的组织和实施；
5. 负责劳动合同的签订、续订和员工档案管理工作；
6. 负责员工日常考勤管理，编制薪资明细表，发放薪资；
7. 负责员工社保和住房公积金业务管理工作；
8. 负责员工关系管理工作，关注员工思想动态；
9. 领导交办的其他相关事宜。

• 全日制本科学历，8年以上企业人力资源和行政管理工作经验，对日常财务管理工作有基础认识，有财务管理工作经验尤佳；
• 熟练使用日常办公软件，包括Word、Excel和Power Point等的使用；
• 英语表达能力良好；
• 具有良好的职业操守，性格沉稳，工作细致认真，责任心强；
• 具有较强的人际沟通协调能力，团队意识、组织能力和抗压能力强。
