 Dinova Guangzhou is the Buying office for a French Discount Department Store: La Foir’Fouille.

  

  

The Company mission is to organize their importation in collaboration with the French Team. Products are usual goods from supermarket, excluding food and garment.

  

Dinova’s 8 Teams (70 colleagues) oversee sourcing, sampling, translation, design packaging, production, shipment, reporting, inspections, and quality control.

  

  

KPI are essential tools for Team Leaders to Manage and Motivate.

  

  

Dinova is looking for Business Oriented Management Controller with Sharp Critical Sens.

  

  

Missions will be:

  

1. Identify the best KPI for each Team

2. Identify the best presentation for each KPI

3. Accounting and Commercial Data Base reconciliation

4. Reporting and Result interpretation / conclusion

          

  

  

Position depends on the CEO.

  

  

  

PROFILE:

  

• Must be open-minded, precise, fast, with sharp critical skill.

• Have accounting background.

• Perfect English is required.

      

  

  

  

  The salary is negotiable according to profile and experience.
