岗位职责：

1、为期六个月至一年的关键岗位在岗培训，包括生产车间、质检、工艺、安全、研发等，

根据能力分配具体基层管理工作岗位；

2、负责生产线设备的操作、维护、保养；

3、熟悉化工工艺和生产现场管理；具备安全管理的知识。

了解安全及质量管理体系；对突发事件和事故具备分析解决能力；预防措施。

岗位要求：

1、化工/机械类大专或本科应届毕业生，或者1年以内工作经验者。

（中专/技校两年以上化工行业相关经验可应聘高级操作工）

2、吃苦耐劳，能够三班倒，希望从一线生产工作起步成长的有志青年；

3、出色的团队协作精神和协调沟通能力，关注细节，能及时发现和处理问题；

4、专业基础扎实，积极主动，责任心强；

5、为人忠诚、悟性高、良好的学习能力；

6、英文读写良好。
