负责与总部客户需求团队对接，确认最新生产计划预测并将其转换为内部生产工单，触发并协调生产团队按计划完成产品生产。同时，要跟踪生产达成率、产品交付完成率，以达成100%客户完美订单为岗位职责。

Be responsible for communicate with gobal customer demand team to check the lastest production forecast and change to inner work order to guide and coordinate with production team, finishing manufacturing process according the production plan. Meanwhile, follow up the production achievement rate, goods delivery rate, to achieve 100% perfect customer order.

岗位职责 Responsibility

1. 定期与总部客户需求部门对接，保证广州工厂按时接收到最新的计划订单并将本地工厂的产能变化情况定期反馈给总部需求部门，保证双方良好的沟通

Communicate with gobal customer demand team to ensure GZH plant could receive the lastest planning forecast and feedback local capacity changes to customer demand team, ensure a well communication of both side;

2. 按时将计划订单转换为生产工单，并交接到生产部门，以保证生产活动的正常展开

Transfer planning order to work order and hand over to produciton team, to ensure production activities could process regularly;

3. 与总部销售物流及Arvato仓库对接库存及发货情况，满足交付需求

Contact with sales logistics and Arvato warehouse to get the information of inventory and delivery status, fulfill the delivery demand;

4. 制定并更新计划相关的作业指导书并对相应员工进行培训

Make and update related work instruction and train related college;

5. 跟踪生产达成率、准时交付率、成品库存周转率KPI指标，反馈影响这两个KPI达成的异常情况

Follow up production plan achievement rate, on time delivery rate and finish goods inventory turnover rate, feedback the issues which are influence these KPIs;

6. 完成部门领导交付的其他工作

Finish other given tasks from department supervisor

任职资格:

1. 2年以上生产计划及供应链相关工作经验，有团队管理经验者优先

Over 2 years of production plan or supply chain realted working experience, team management experience will be prefer

2. 良好的英语口语及写作能力，英语可以作为沟通语言

Well skill of English spoken and written, English could use as a communication language.

3. 熟练掌握office办公软件，有SAP,ERP等系统使用经验，会编程者优先

Well skill of office software, has SAP, ERP and related system using experience,programming skill prefer.有项目管理经验者优先

Project management experience prefer.
