Responsibilities岗位职责:

• Monthly end closing and related manual posting issues;
• Monthly expense accrual and tracking;
• Fix asset depreciation and long-term amortization issues;
• Termly stock taking and monitoring, analysis;
• Monthly GL accounts checking and ensure the accuracy of the bookings;
• Monthly CHN BSPL reports & HFM reporting, etc
• Support on SAP/Oracle migration projects (data migration, testing, etc)Assist for the auditing and related inspections;
• Other GL related works;
• Other related works assigned by superior.
• Support on the credit control
• Mainly focus on non-GP P&L items and BS items
• 月度账务调整及月度结账相关事宜
• 费用计提及跟踪
• 固定资产申请，转固，折旧及长期待摊费用管理
• 定期存货盘点及报告
• 月度总账科目检查及账务更正
• 月度HFM上传报告及Local报告
• 支持有关SAP/Oracle项目，如数据移植及新模块测试等
• 协助年度审计，汇算清缴及其它检查
• 其它总账工作
• 其它上级委派工作
• 支持信用控制工作
• 主要负责P&L非GP部分及资产负债表相关明细的管控

Requirements 职位要求: 

• More than 5 years’ experience in multinational companies, strong experience in General Ledger preferred;
• CET-6 or above, good English in speaking, reading and writing;
• Strong analytical skills & operating expenses control concept;
• Familiar with PRC & US GAAP, Sarbanes – Oxley compliance is a definite advantage.
• The ability to work in a tight  timetables and under high pressure; 
• Be independent, details focus and  the ability to prioritize work list is also required; 
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude; strong interpersonal skills.
• 至少5年以上跨国公司相关经验，总账经验优先
• 英语六级以上，英语听说读写流利
• 熟练的分析技巧及生产运营成本控制意识
• 熟悉中国内地以及美国的会计准则，了解Sox法案内容和运用
• 可以在有限的时间内承压有一定的压力的工作
• 可以独立展开工作，注重细节以及团队合作，较好的人机交往能力
