Qualification:

Excellent interpersonal communication skills
English/Mandarin bilingual proficiency
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Minimum two year of experience with seretarial and administrative work
Experience in a Western workplace preferred
Comfort with technology including Microsoft Office, Excel and databases
Trustworthy with confidential information
Efficient organizational skill
Interest in Chinese student preparation for higher education in western English-speaking universities
Flexibility in adjusting to organizational growth

Responsibilities:

Organize, manage, and maintain records involving expenditures for all school operation
Maintain communications with the various school offices for the purpose of revenue / credits and debits / referring specific questions for accounting to the Director
Coordinate student/family accounting details with the school Registrar
Communicate clearly to faculty and Staff what particular documentation is needed for accounting purposes for any and all matters local or international
Enter accounting vouchers through financial software based on original documents collected from cashier, and generate financial statements such as income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement as required by the government
Responsible for the management of accounting documents by the preparation and archives for vouchers and financial reports
Manage tax-related matters, including tax returns, application for specific purpose, maintaining communications with taxation bureau and providing documents as they require
Take responsibility for the accounting records of all fixed assets of the school. Maintain the records and encode the assets. Coordinate with Fixed Assets Administrative Officer for the inventory
Coordinate annual external audit by Accounting Firm about financial statements and corporation income tax
