Summary
This position is responsible for building and enhancing the organization's helpdesk, systems and support the management and improvement of the website.

Qualifications:
Be able to multi-task and have strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and Content management systems such as Wordpress and Joomla.
Experience in Web tools, and familiar with PHP, MS SQL, MySQL.
Extensive system experience with Linux ,Ubuntu and Windows2003
Familiar with scripting languages such as Shell, Perl
In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, BIND, LDAP and other core technologies
Good understanding of network and server security
Good team player
Good communication skill
Fluent in spoken and written English language

Responsibility:
Website design, develop and update
Help desk functions for faculties, Staff and students
Linux and Windows server system maintenance
Assist to maintain IT inventory
Maintain accounts for different application systems
Taking or coordinating submission of ID photos for all new staff and students
New application system testing and deploy
Other duties as assigned.

Working conditions:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work requires extensive work using a computer. Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported.
