Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Fluent in English .
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum two year of experience with secretarial and administrative work.
Experience in a Western workplace preferred
Comfort with technology including Microsoft Office, Excel and databases.
Trustworthy with confidential information.
Efficient organizational skills.
Interest in Chinese student preparation for higher education in western English-speaking universities.
Flexibility in adjusting to organizational growth.
Willingness to be part of a Professional Learning Community.

Responsibilities:
Support for advisory (copies, preparing materials, etc.)
Support parent /counselor communications ( translate emails; translator for parent meetings, Parent Forum; translation of documents for publishing)
OW planning details (facilities, organizing registration day duties, sign posting, Field trip details)
Help with the WW (stats, translation)
Input data into Denbigh (ASA rosters, Exploratory rosters, student/counselor meetings)
Support Family Connections (Naviance) training with students & staff
ASA registration
Help with course planning and registration at beginning of year and semester
Create documents in counseling office 4 year planning, recommendation request form, college planning documents,
Support for test administration (PSAT, SAT, ACT, TOEFL)
Maintain student activities calendar
