1. Develops, implements and updates procedures to recruit, interview, and select employees to fill

vacant positions.

2. Responsible for contract signing with all new hire and ensures new employee induction is being conducted to foster positive attitudes toward company goals

3. Liaise with other departments and payroll agent to ensure all payroll information has been processed accurately and in a timely manner.

4. Prepare and ensure the accuracy of all HR Reports.

5. Assist Manager in applying disciplinary policy and in handling labor cases; prepares employee severances notices and related documentation; represents organization at personnel related hearings and investigations.

6. Ensures that policies comply with employment law. Advises department managers of company policy regarding employment law, compensation, and employee benefits.

7. Formulates training policies, programs, and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, company processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures, or services.

8. Drives all HR-related projects and ensures they are completed as scheduled.
