职位描述
1、根据公司战略目标和年度经营计划，负责统筹公司营销管理工作，制定公司年度销售目标、费用预算，跟进阶段实施状况；
2、根据公司经营方针及部门业务需要，合理设置部门架构、优化业务流程，合理配置人员；
3、负责运营管理体系的建立与完善，包括商品管理、运营管理、客户管理等，通过标准化体系建设，实现人员分工、工作效率、资源分配等合理化，确保经营指标的实现； 4、负责现有各平台管理，整合各渠道资源，新渠道的拓展开发方案制定、业务洽谈等； 5、负责各平台日常运营、活动报名、推广方案、内容营销等事宜的指导、审核及实施； 6、负责相关数据监控与分析，根据市场动态、数据走向、平台发展趋势等信息，及时有效引导品牌跟上最新电商节奏； 7、负责分析行业竞争对手的策略、市场营销策略、手段，及时制定应对措施，不断调整、完善、优化公司的策略与方案；
8、负责部门人员管理，如团队建设、培训与指导、考核、审核等。
