岗位职责：

1. 负责店铺整体运营统筹，带领团队开展运营工作，对店铺销售GMV负责；

2. 规划负责店铺的商品选品、上新计划和商品结构，优化选品策略，定价策略，卖点提炼，提升转化率；

3. 规划负责店铺的活动方向和计划，制定营销策略，提升产出；

4. 对同类类目、商家，商品进行研究，提出相应改善措施；

5.制定店铺的月度、季度、年度运营方案、品牌推广计划、促销计划，以及品牌网上销售渠道建立；

6. 建立店铺运营特色，挖掘把握消费者的深层次需求。

岗位要求：

1.统招全日制本科及以上学历，至少2年以上店铺运营相关工作经验；

2.熟悉淘宝直通车、钻石展位、淘宝客等推广工具；

3.熟悉淘宝天猫拼多多规则、玩法、对官方趋势敏感对店铺促销活动有较强的策划与组织能力；

4.有良好的品牌把控、成本控制、项目运营能力，具有良好的敬业精神、沟通能力和职业道德，能够承担工作压力，开朗乐观，热爱电子商务。
