Description:

 1.Manage sales process and maximize long and short term results;Sell ZIM reefer products and identify new opportunities for cross-sell/up-sell.

2. Negotiate with customers to ensure profitable business.

3.  Maintain relationships while managing and growing customs base; Identify customer needs and potential opportunities.

4. Troubleshoot customer problems; Identify, develop and pursue new customers leads.

5.Design detailed account plans.

6.Achieve CRM target; Comply with reporting requirements to enable performance tracking.

Requirement:

1. Over 3 years of Reefer sales experience in ocean carriers.

2. Sound knowledge of Reefer cargos and customers as well as their seasonality.

3. Proficient skills in written and oral English.

4. Good experience in use of relevant IT office applications.

5.Negotiation skills, flexibility and winning attitude.

6.Strong customer orientation and market insight.

7. Willing and able to work under pressure.
