岗位职责：

1. 负责公司固定资产的管理，包括使用登记、日常维护、盘点等工作；

2. 负责公司各类证照的申请、年审、变更等办理工作，并记录备案；

3. 负责对接总部、各校区、办事处的物业管理方及业主，核对水、电、煤气等费用及租金，并负责押金管理，保障场所正常使用；

4. 负责公司办公室环境维护，包括办公设施、绿植、物权管理等工作；

5. 负责办公电子设备等工作物资的采购及维护；

6. 完成上级交办的其它有关工作。

任职要求：

1、本科或以上学历，行政、工商管理或文科类专业优先；

2、两年以上企业行政管理职能工作经验；

3、具备较标准的文书撰写能力，熟练操作Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件；

4、具有基本的商务接待礼仪、表达能力较好，国语标准；

5、具备较强的沟通意识、团队合作精神及工作责任心，持有小车驾驶证照者优先考虑。
