JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                                                                             

1. 参与制订生产目标计划和实施措施，并负责执行、监督和管控；Participate in the formulation of production target plans and implementation measures, and be responsible for implementation, supervision and control；
2. 根据公司现有情况，组织建立和完善生产系统。编制生产计划，检查生产工作，掌握生产进度，提出解决实际问题的方案和具体措施以提高整体生产的效率质量，降低生产成本；According to the company's current situation, organize the establishment and improvement of the production system. Prepare production plans, check production work, master production progress, propose solutions to actual problems and specific measures to improve overall production efficiency and quality, and reduce production costs；
3. 建设内部生产物流体系，保障产线物料供应，控制库存成本；Build an internal production logistics system to ensure the supply of materials for the production line and control inventory costs；
4. 配合、协助工程、质量部门优化提高生产工艺，完善工艺手册、质量控制点、指导书等工艺文件；Cooperate and assist the engineering and quality departments to optimize and improve the production process, improve the process manuals, quality control points, instructions and other process documents；
5. 全面推进精益化生产工作，审核和监督精益生产的实施情况，并就改善措施给出专业建议及方案；Fully promote lean production, review and supervise the implementation of lean production, and give professional suggestions and plans for improvement measures；
6. 加强生产团队的管理工作，降低一线员工流失率。有针对性的组织一线管理人员进行专业管理技能的定期培训指导，不断提高团队的管理水平；Strengthen the management of the production team and reduce the turnover rate of frontline employees. Targeted organization of front-line managers to conduct regular training and guidance of professional management skills to continuously improve the management level of the team；
7. 根据公司安全生产要求，不断开展安全教育的管理工作，严防人身和设备事故发生；According to the company's safety production requirements, continue to carry out safety education management work to strictly prevent personal and equipment accidents；
8. 领导EHS安全环保工作。 确保生产操作严格遵守有关安全和环境保护的程序、SOP和其他规定。Lead EHS safety and environmental protection work. Ensure that production operations strictly comply with procedures, SOPs and other regulations related to safety and environmental protection；
9. 公司安排的其他工作。Other work assigned by the company.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE                                                                                    

1. 本科以上学历，化工、机械或工程管理专业优先；Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering, machinery or engineering management is preferred；
2. 8年以上制造企业生产管理工作经验，化工厂或塑胶厂类经验优先；More than 8 years of production management work experience in a manufacturing company, with experience in chemical or plastic factories preferred；
3. 接受过全面系统的企业管理知识培训，熟悉工厂的生产运作和管理，拥有丰富的生产计划、生产工艺、物料物控、质量管理方面的经验；Received comprehensive and systematic corporate management knowledge training, familiar with factory production operations and management, and have rich experience in production planning, production technology, material control, and quality management；
4. 具备持续全面的精益生产理念和丰富的精益生产实践经验；Possess continuous and comprehensive lean production concepts and rich lean production practical experience；
5. 精7S，员工考评，激励，培训，纪律和执行力管理；Proficient in 7S, employee evaluation, motivation, training, discipline and execution management；
6. 擅长提升生产效率，设备利用率，计划达成率，线平衡，品质达成率，降低设备DOWN TIME 和产品报废率；Good at improving production efficiency, equipment utilization, plan achievement rate, line balance, quality achievement rate, reducing equipment DOWN TIME and product scrap rate
7. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力，计划能力、指导能力、执行能力、决策能力和良好的团队领导管理能力；Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, planning ability, guidance ability, execution ability, decision-making ability and good team leadership management ability；
