1、接受客户委托、审单、订舱、拖车、报关、补料等货代操作流程；

2、服务过程中随时与客户保持良好沟通，及时回复客户的电子邮件；

3、遇到特殊事件及时通知相关业务员和客户，并及时予以应对、进行跟踪确认；

4、准确及时的完成系统内费用/成本的录入；

5.定期查复应收款、协助应收账款的催付；按部门经理要求完成其它工作。

 任职要求：

1.国际货运、商务英语等相关专业

2.了解海运、空运，进出口操作流程，电脑、office软件操作熟练

3.工作细心，责任心强，良好的表达沟通能力

    4.有相关实习或工作经验，有财务专业知识优先
