职位描述

  1. Investigate the textile information we used in the pass season. Classify the color card and create the record file on the textile, include textile supplier, textile number, price, and textile attribute.
  2. Source and audit suitable new textile supplier;

  3. According to the communication with designer, develop new textile for the new product and cargo 

  4. Assess and report the risk of develop new textile. Send the new developed textile to test and follow up the test result. Communicate with designer and textile factory.   Base on the test report and sample actual situation to revise the textile.

  5.  Communicate with merchandiser, record the cargo production problem. Provide workmanship suggestion during production and help company control the production cost.

  6.  Manage and track cargo textile usage and wastage. 


Request:

  1. Request 3-5 years textile development, selling, purchasing or price negotiation experience


  2. Have professional knowledge on textile weaving, printing and dyeing process. Have basic knowledge on the textile or garment production leadtime, process, workmanship, and the ***-hour calculation.


  3.  Familiar with the textile national standard and industry standard is requested. Have certain understanding on textile test method and quality control.


  4. Familiar with Guangzhou Zhongda textile market and other domestic textile market is request. Have plenty of textile supplier resource is better.


  5. Good communication skill and working attitude


  6. College degree, major fabric technology


岗位职责
  1. 调查往季常用布料的供应商，对原有供应商的色卡进行分类、编号、归档、价格录入和供应情况等信息的完善；
  2. 定期了解市场面料价格浮动
  3. 每季度与设计师沟通，开发新款面料，满足样板开发需求
  4. 评估面料开发阶段风险，对新款面料送检，跟进检测结果，不合格项与供应商对接处理或者与设计师沟通反馈需求，改进面料；
  5. 与跟单对接，记录大货生产过程问题，对服装生产过程中影响成本的各种工艺环节提供建设性的改良意见，有效控制成本
  6. 管理跟踪大货材料进出与损耗

职位要求

  1. 3-5年品牌公司面料开发,采购或价格审核谈判经验


  2. 熟悉服装面料的织、印、染生产工艺流程。了解布料或者服装生产周期、生产流程、工艺制作、工时测算等。

  3. 熟悉国家标准、行业标准，对面料检测与质控有一定认识;  

  4. 熟悉广州中大布料市场和国内纺织服装面料市场资讯，并有丰富的面辅料供应商资源。、

  5. 良好的沟通能力和端正的工作态度

  6. 本科纺织工程专业相关学历
