职位描述
Job Description:
1) This position belongs to the Due Diligence project team, mainly responsible for dealing with the daily tasks in segments of customer service workflow via email and phone call. (such as receive/forward order sheets, deliver the fulfilled reports, send visiting schedule & pricing, etc.);
2) Timely fill out and update various reports/MIS in Excel (e.g. daily report, weekly report, monthly report, check sheet, etc.);
3) Fulfill some credit report translation (mainly Chinese into English);
4) Connect with operation team, engage in order sheets forwarding, reporters' visiting schedule filing and other tasks of internal coordination;
5) Connect with financial personnel, coordinate the invoice issuance, payment notification, check the payment status of customers, etc.
6) Coordinate & arrange the delivery of hardcopy reports & related paper documents;
7) Study & learn knowledge related to this project, participate & assist customer service manager to deal with other tasks.
Requirements:
1) University degree, major in English, Secretary, Management & Administration, etc.;
2) Two years or above related working experience, with experience in foreign-invested corporations or consulting companies is preferred; this year's excellent graduates also can be considered;
3) Proficient in professional Business English communication in emails, proficient in Chinese-English translation, familiar with email communication patterns in a foreign-invested corporation environment;
4) Quick-witted, highly efficient, good at multi-tasks management; meticulous, hard-working, strong responsibility, patient, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure;
5) Analytical thinking, logical & principled, able to judge and deal with problems with a good sense of right & wrong;
6) Sound communication ability, well fit in with teamwork, standard Mandarin, basic oral English.
7) Eager to learn & grow, glad to accumulate new knowledge & improve working skills from this job
