1. Manage bookings vs allocation to improve South China overall vessel utilization.

2. Work closely with office to improve forecast accuracy by shortfall ratio analysis .

3. Execute the instruction from Business Unit and Cargo flow team in terms of both TEU and weight allocation management .

4. Work closely with Business Unit and Cargo flow team to get extra space to help local office to maximize the loadings when needed .

5. Work closely with EQ team to control container pick up according to the approved plan as well as overall SPRC loadings within allocation when deem necessary .

6. Work closely with local office to assign and adjust allocation between offices .

7. Work closely with local office to assign the rolling required per office basis the approval from Business Unit.

8.   Measure local office shortfall and utilization vs office allocation .

9. Be independent and fully responsible for capacity management of assigned lines.

Requirement:

1.  University graduated, preferable the major in shipping or logistics.

2.  Fluent English communication skill both in writing and in oral.

3.  Good knowledge about market, competitors and industry trends.

4.  Customer oriented, out-going character, aggressive, high efficiency, good inter-personal communication skill.

5.  Can work under pressure.

6.  High sense of responsibility.
