Responsibilities,

Critical Environment Management

Review all switching procedures and risk mitigation plan of data centres with onsite FM to assure correct plan in place.

Carry out periodical M&E survey 

Daily Facilities Operations

Review PPM programme with local site manager to ensure a proper plan in Place.

Follow Regional Operations procedures to ensure service standards 

Risk Management

Coordinate a risk management program which  identifies major M&E equipment risk.

Ensure data integrity of all information loaded into systems and comply with the audit process from time to time.

Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity planning is implemented and maintained.

Project Management

Review M&E project proposals

Participate in project execution

EHS Management

Assistant EHS management, including regular training, drill lead, and risk registration etc.

Reporting

Ensure that the team delivers meaningful inputs across  the country in the development of engineering management reports

Requirements,

5+years experience in Facilities Management or Project Management, major in Engineering or relevant subject

Ability to think laterally and deliver innovative solutions.

Strong management skills and communication skills

Strong in time management

Team player

Good command in AutoCAD and Microsoft office

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
