Responsibilities

- Be responsible to the UI/UX design of Android app, which ranks #1 on the category of wedding of Play Store.

- Communicate with US PMs/Designers on the issue of design.

- Drive user-testing and user research.

- Build up and maintain the style guide of the app.

- Also support web design and company's material design.

Requirements

- Hands-on design experience using standard software packages such as: Sketch app, Adobe Creative Suite, ie Photoshop and Illustrator, etc.

- Strong proficiency to expert knowledge of native mobile UI design guidelines (Both iOS & Android) and usability best practices

- Quick learner to catch up with new design guideline and operations from US

- Attention to details in day to day work - Good team work with mobile developers

- Strong written English communication skills

- Portfolio with clear examples of Android design work

Nice to Have:

- Experience on animation（AE, Flash）

- Prototype tools experience

- Basic frontend knowledge

- Support offshore design practices for US and/or EU based businesses

- Proactive and inclusive communication style.

- Work with Product and Development teams in US and China to provide the best user experience in our Android app
