Main Responsibilities:

1. Involved in the implementation of mobile communication networks and be responsible for technical support services such as debugging, configuration, upgrading, acceptance, cutting, maintenance and troubleshooting of IP equipment.

2. Involved in the project management process, responsible for the output of various aspects of the relevant documents (implementation plans, test plans, implementation plans, acceptance documents, training documents, meeting minutes, etc.).

3. Provide on-site technical training for customers.

4. focus on customer satisfaction, with the concept of customer service, provide smooth and efficient communication with customers and related projects cadres.

Main requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Telecommunication / Electrical / Computer Engineering or related field of study.

2. Familiar with mainstream products and facilities in the market (such as Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, etc.) Those with CCNP or CCIE (HCNP/HCIE) certificate will have an added advantage.

3. Those who has work experience in fiber-optic communication, familiar with SDH, DWDM, OTN, PTN technology and product deployment are preferred.

4. As least three years of experience in data communications engineering technology support, able to independently complete the management and implementation of large and medium-sized digital communications projects.

5. Able to communicate effectively in English and a willingness to work oversea.

6. Have a good sense of customer service.

7. Interested in the communications industry, love the work, and require strong job stability.
