职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the overall sourcing and supplier management activities of Music Tribe’s Contract Manufacturers, lead CM contract negotiations;
2.Develop and execute, with input and consensus of all internal stakeholders, a sourcing strategy for CM that meets Music Tribe’s business growth, product performance, volume, quality, delivery, and cost objectives, while maximizing Music Tribe’s leverage and buying power;
3.Carry out Global Manufacturing strategy and lead the commercial review and negotiation with CM on global manufacturing initiative as assigned;
4.Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with CM, lead Business Review on regular basis and drive CM’s continuous improvement;
5.Lead a sourcing selection & negotiation process during NPI that includes a cross functional team of Product Development, Engineering, QA, and Supply Management;
6.Build sourcing product categories expertise and market intelligence, establish Should Cost Model and work collaboratively with GSM and Engineering team to drive the cost competitiveness;
7.Manage suppliers through product life, lead all activities in the areas of cost management and supply management;
8.Continuously maintain adequate CM manufacturing capacities that support Music Tribe’s product volume forecasts; Oversee the supplier forecasting and commit process;
9.Identify value engineering opportunities and yield rate improvement for sustaining products and program manage the implementation to achieve cost and supply improvements;
10.Monitor CM’s financial healthy and mitigate the supply risk;
11.Recommend, implement, and enforce corporate and department policies and procedures, get familiar with Ivalua E-procurement platform.
12.Conduct all business transactions consistent with Music Tribe’s Purchasing ethical standards.
13.Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above degree, preferably in Engineering, from an accredited university;
2.Minimum of 10 years working experience related to supply chain, manufacturing, and global sourcing in a global sourcing organization, familiar with Pro audio industry is a plus;
3.Minimum of 5 years of experience in OEM/JDM/ODM sourcing with suppliers operating in global sites including China as a main manufacturing hub;
4.Natural leadership competencies; influences others through style, personality and subject expertise rather than organizational design;
5.A strategic thinker and results oriented;
6.A proven supplier relationship management track record;
7.Excellent decisiveness - the ability to make sound business decisions in the absence of perfect or complete data;
8.Ability to effectively work in a multi-cultural global business environment;
9.The demonstrated capability to apply analytical techniques to problem solving;
10.A proven track record of quickly learning a new sourcing environment and the ability to understand new technologies;
11.Solid NPI management experience;
12.Price and contract negotiation skills
13.Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English;
14.Able to have global travel on regular basis
