Accountability and Objectives:
? Focus on warehouse/PMC/procurement/purchasing
? Manage inventory levels based on demand forecast and order placed supporting operation plans,
? Work with suppliers to minimize replenishment time and inventory levels
? Is responsible to monitor turnover, budget in consideration of production capacity


Responsibilities:
? Evaluate, plan, schedule and prioritize long-term and short-term production across all shifts, considering production capabilities and materials availability;
? Monitor inventory levels to ensure the proper turn rate is maintained;
? Maintain warehouse inventory levels in line with budget lead time;
? Provide the input of purchasing orders for materials and components with a short lead time;
? Monitor and continuously improve supplier’s delivery and quality of performance (request for missing components; reject of unnecessary materials);
? Optimize order management process to ensure effective communication with suppliers;
? Address and resolve recurring or critical issues taking initiative for corrective actions
? Provide feedback on suppliers’ performance;


Qualifications & Skills:
§ Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics/Statistics or equivalent
§ Experience: 10 years or above experience in multinational company as responsible for production planning, scheduling and in-bound logistics planning is needed with 3 to 5 years in managerial position
§ Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of operations processes, terminology, and ordering issues is necessary
- Knowledge of Warehouse management, logistics and material handling is needed
- Department budget management is needed
- Good analysis skills are recommended,
- Ability to plan materials and service procurement requirements
- Knowledge of SAP warehouse management is appreciated
