  Specific Role Description

• To lead ZF Braking products customer application

• To lead ZF Braking products engineering program management, and ensure the smoothly launch (Timing plan/Cost Management/Engineering interface).

• To handle the Engineering resource and align with all ZF internal engineering cross function.

• To coordinate with Sales team to develop business opportunity

• To on-site support for ZF FB/EPB projects

• To establish and execute brake system development/validation testing plan together with internal and external teams (customers) for the responsible projects

• To maintain good relationship with customer project team for current/future projects

• To support OEM production launch

• To coordinate with global engineering team for project related topics

Specific Role Tasks

•   3+ years of work experience in mechatronic applications in automotive industry, braking parts development experience is highly appreciated.

• Must have automotive project management experience.

• Proactive and be willing to deal with China OEM customers.

• Must have good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English languages, Cantonese is an advantage

• Must be good at team work

• Must be willing to travel (domestic and international) and prepared to work hard and maybe overtime
