In order to strengthen our team in Asia Pacific area, we are looking for a Technical Customer Service – Product Engineer, based in Guangzhou.
Your Profile:
University Degree in Science or Engineering
(Major in Physics, Mechanics, Chemistry, Engineering or Material Science)Fluent in English, with good command of oral and written communication. French could be a plus.
Quick learner and highly adaptive
Good problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Your Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assistance to customers in Asia Pacific Area
Manage technical enquiries and special customers’ requests
Launch new products and provide product and technical training to customers
Work with Sales and Marketing teams to develop customer portfolio
Work with Process, Production and Quality teams to address customer complaints
Manage innovation projects with R&D and Engineering teams
Collaborate with manufacturing teams and global R&D team to industrialize new products
Analyze customers’ needs and liaise with global R&D team for new products developments
The Team:
You will integrate the Product Department team in EuroKera Guangzhou, which is in charge of technical support for all customers in the Asia Pacific area and two EuroKera factories, in China and Thailand. You will integrate an international working environment, coordinate innovation projects with other Product managers in France and USA and with the R&D team, and interact with local teams on a daily basis.
