Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

 

-  Conducts club communications and promotional activities;

-  Take care of all the administrational work in CRM team as promotional material forecasting, purchase order tracking, etc;

-  Lead VIP center operation team to build up good relationship with VIP customers and provide high level services;

-  Be responsible to handle complicated customer complain such as bonus points reimbursement, member information update and member card re-issue application;

-  Initiate and organize surveys to collect deeper customer insights on CRM related topics plans and executes the Elites Club gift redemption program;

-  Develops good collaborative relationship with other teams.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements: 

 

-  University graduate with a degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline;

-  Minimum 3 years' working experiences in customer service management or promotion experience;

-  Working under pressure and multi-task;

-  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

-  Fluent spoken and written English/Mandarin.
