Main duties and responsibilities:

1、Participate in developing Production-, Quality-, as well as implementing these

2、Develop, create and maintain work instructions、specification, and ensure English and Chinese instructions and documentation in general are in line with each other

3、Follow ISO quality requirements

4、Analyze and resolve technical issues of products, solve engineering technical problem in factory.

5、Support production to enhance productivity and output

6、Optimize layout, process, WI, fixture/Jig, equipment.

7、Develop product visuals for process and quality standards

8、Take part in new product introduction projects including but not limited to:

      Addition or modification of equipment and/or processing

      Creation or modification of Standardized Work

      Time Studies/Line Balancing

9、Validation of new or modified equipment

10、Coordinate the implementation of ECN’s and filing documentation

11、Suggest and develop tools and fixtures to ensure quality and efficiency improvement

12、Complete process time studies and develop line balancing standards, evaluate new product labor time

13、Work with production on continuous improvement, cost down, eliminate waste.

Required skills/experience:

1、Perfect in verbal and written English

2、Strong personality, masterful but polite

3、Education in Engineering( Mechanical,), proficiency in Solidwork (priority)/AutoCAD/Pro-E etc.

4、LEAN and WCM experience both theoretical and in practice

5、Minimum 3 year engineering supervisor experience in international company, Minimum 8 production engineering experience.

6、Expert in MS software, Excel and Word

7、Goal oriented with high degree of enthusiasm
