岗位职责:

Summary of Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
Carry out the policies and procedures of GZU, In charge of nursing staffs in OB/GYN in-patient department. Ensure the quality of care provided to patients, ensure the department work flow run smoothly, and coordinate between nurse/midwives, nurses, physicians and other staffs in the hospital. 执行广州和睦家医院的政策和规章制度，主管妇产科住院部的护士事务。确保为患者服务的质量，确保部门事务平稳运作，并且要调节好助产士、护士、医生和院内其他员工的关系。

Qualifications 任职资格:
? Licensing Needed -- Registered nurse-midwife in China 执业证要求：中国境内注册护士证和助产士证
? Minimal Education Requirement- Bachelor degree of Nursing 最低学历要求：护理专业本科
? Minimal Experience Requirement - 10 years working experience in nursing, above 5 years midwifery experience, Nursing management experience preferred 最低工作经验要求：10年以上护士护理经验，最低5年的助产科经验，有护理管理经验优先。
? Complete department orientation and competency evaluation according to policy 根据医院政策完成部门指标和胜任力评估
? BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certification according to policy根据政策完成BLS,ACLS,PALA,NBP认证
Skills 技能；
? Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English and Chinese. 优秀的中英双语人际沟通能力。
? Excellent leadership and management skills, 出色的领导力和管理能力，
? Excellent clinical skills 出色的临床技能
? Excellent staff teaching/training skills, 优秀的指导/培训员工技能，

Knowledge知识:
? Understanding of the health bureau policies 了解卫生局的政策
? Understand GZU policies and procedures 了解GZU的政策和规章制度

? Excellent OB/GYN work experience and updated knowledge. 出色的妇产科工作经验和学习能力。
Responsibilities 职责：

? Establish standard of care and maintain the quality of daily nursing in OB/GYN inpatient. 制度护理的标准，维持妇产科住院部的日常服务质量。
? Staffing management responsibilities including nurse’s scheduling, assignment, performance management, staff interviews & selection, orientation and preceptorship. 员工管理职责包括护士排班、分配任务、绩效管理、员工招聘与筛选、入职和指导。
? Responsible for department nurse and midwife clinical competency evaluation and update job description 负责部门护士和助产士的竞争力评价，更新职位说明书。
? Completes and improve the relevant policies and procedures according to clinical needs 根据临床需要完善和提升相关的政策和规章制度。
? Anticipate the department growth and make plans to meet department needs. 预测部门的发展趋势，并制定计划满足部门需要。
? Ensure hospital policies and procedures are carried out properly. 确保医院政策和规章制度的正确执行。
? Interact and promote the relationship between OB/GYN staff and other department staffs. 加强促进妇产科员工和其它部门员工的关系。
? Assist chairman of the department in the areas of focus to meet their needs 在重点领域协助部门负责人，满足负责人的需要。
? Act as a hospital supervisor as scheduled (see attached job description) 按规定表现成为一名医院管理人员（见附件工作说明书）
? Regular report to nursing administration department for nursing relevant issues. 护理部门有关护理问题的日常报告。
? Attend the nurse leadership committee meeting mandatory 参加护理领导委员会要求的会议。
? Quick and efficient response to unusual issues 快速有效地应对不寻常事件
? Overall evaluation for nurses/midwifes working behavior and attitude. 全体护士/助产士工作表现和态度的评估。
? Works as a registered nurse-midwife whenever necessary. 在任何有必要的时候，做一名注册助产士应做的工作。
? Competence of providing the expected style of labor support when necessary 在需要时，提供必要的人员支持。

Other Duties Performed- 其它职责
? To hold department nurse’s meeting monthly and keep records 举办每月的护士会议并且做会议记录。
? Making statistics report to Haizhu health bureau upon the requirement, attend maternal meeting at Haizhu health bureau as needed. 根据要求制作统计报告给海珠区卫生局，在需要时参加海珠区卫生局的妇产会议。
? Help the OB nurse to pass the midwife licensure exam 帮助产科护士通过助产许可证考试
? Annual health bureau inspection preparation 每年卫生局检察的准备工作
? Organize childbirth class 组织产妇分娩的课程
? Arrange case presentation as needed to share clinical experience and professional information 在有需要时，安排案例展示会，分享临床经验和专业信息。
