About Fossil English:

Fossil English is the newest product by HS Education. We are a team of individuals passionate about teaching English to young children through fun and games. We believe that learning English should be enjoyable at all ages, and we want our students to master the language with smiles and (lots of) laughter. The Role:

As an English Teacher, you will be required to prepare and deliver lessons using Fossil English curriculum materials and using methodologies in line with our brand values for effective and quality classroom learning for children aged four to six. Teachers are also required to be involved in the development and creation of curriculum materials and other teaching-related duties, such as parent-teacher communication/feedback, mentoring new teachers (for senior teachers), and attending meetings and marketing events.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver lessons to young learners.

2. Plan and develop curriculum materials.

3. Monitor student progress and maintain a portfolio for each student.

4. Maintain good parent-teacher relationship and keep parents well-informed about their child's progress.

5. Attend all curriculum meetings and lesson preparation meetings.

6. Conduct demonstration classes to potential students.

7. Cover classes for absent colleagues.

8. Other teaching-related responsibilities, including but not limited to presentations, attending marketing events, and supporting curriculum development.

Essential Qualifications:

1. A diploma degree, preferably a major in English, Education, or a related field of study.

2. Fluency in both spoken Mandarin and English.

3. Candidates with a Teaching Qualification Certificate will be given priority.

4. Passionate about teaching English to Chinese students.

5. Basic computer literacy.

职位要求：

1、本科以上学历，具备良好英语专业知识，英语专业优先；

2、英语六级或以上，具有教学资格证者优先；

3、中英文口语发音准确，具有良好的英文语言表达基础；

4、热爱教学工作，有良好的沟通能力和良好的服务意识；

5、形象好、亲和力佳、活泼开朗、有爱心；

工作时间：

周末+平日三天
