• Conduct CV screening and phone interview to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Prepare offer for selected candidates after discussion with C&B and HRBP.
• Track and maintain all recruitment related data and provide effectiveness reports as required.
• Assist TAC Project Leader to build and maintain talent community and talent mapping for critical positions.
• Assist TAC manager to promote ZF employer branding both internally and externally.
• Be responsible for new hire Pre-onboard process.
• Other special HR projects assigned by HR leader.
• Improvement the candidate experience;
• Support to the Regular recruiting report & Data Analysis;

Qualification

• Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources management or relevant.
• Working experience:
• 2-5 years’ experience or above in HR function; prefer working experience in search agency.
• Familiar with recruitment procedure and process
• Language: Good command of English in writing and speaking
• Skill/knowledge requirements:
• Well understanding of China Labor Law and local personnel and labor regulations.
• Must be computer literate i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Initiative, self-motivated, good team working spirit and willing to work under pressure
