Job Description

 

-            Draft, review, negotiate and alert the risks, and give suggestions to all the retail new open, renew, relocation, close lease & joint sales & other related doucments.

-            guarantee the update, complete filing of all the opened stores leasing contracts both soft & hardcopy filing.

-            have a clear organized database to tracking the signature and filing status.

-            summarize and train the key points to review the leasing contracts, to business partners

-          follow the maintenance, marketing activity, communication, correspondence, relationship with the Landlord, insurance etc.

-          familiar with the local country regulations, on consumers, product qualities, retail operations etc.

-          solve the arguments/disputes with the landlord, consumers, employee, authority and any 3rd party

-            familiar with the local mandatory requests & documents list of the incorporation of my responsible area/business.

-guarantee the corporate documents are update, complete;

-I guarantee in both soft & hardcopy filing are most update and complete.

 

Requirement:

-            major in Law, pass China Bar exam is plus

-            over 3 years related legal background experience, with law firm experience is plus

-            English as working language, French or Europe/USA oversea background is plus

-            Open minded, self-motivated, careful & responsible
