岗位要求：

1. 负责Alibaba产品发布更新、搜索排名和产品优化曝光；熟练阿里巴巴国际站外贸操作流程，操作B2B阿里巴巴运营，产品及关键词优化,负责阿里巴巴的关键字策略，阿里工具，阿里站内广告资源，活动阿里论坛等等,擅长操作阿里巴巴直通车等，优化店铺与商品排名；

2. 产品上传及维护,负责各种互联网资源进行有效的广告宣传和促销推广，全面负责阿里巴巴平台的营运管理,熟悉阿里巴巴的推广手段，负责阿里巴巴的各种活动的网络推广，对推广效果进行跟踪、评估及时改善营销方案；

3.关键词排名优化，P4P对平台的公司产品调整价格，保证产品的曝光、点击及反馈率；

任职要求：

1、专科外语熟练 大学英语四级以上，英语读听写熟练，2年以上阿里国际站运营实际经验；

2、对电子商务和外贸交易有浓厚兴趣，并希望长期在该领域发展；

3、熟悉平台及跨境电商规则，对电商运营有较深理解的优先考虑；

4、熟练外贸B2B网站后台维护与管理；

5. 有逻辑思维和创新精神，有较强的数据分析能力；

基本工资 +补贴（住房和餐补）+绩效+全勤，员工生日福利，周末双休，按国家规定假期。
