职位描述
1.根据生产计划，落实生产任务；
2.产能负荷评估，控制生产进度，及时发现生产中的问题；
3.组织生产日程安排，生产平衡；
4.生产人员配备与调动，以及与业务、仓库、采购相关部门联系与协调；
5.对产品交期负责，提高产量；
6.对生产过程进行控制和监督，质量自检，及时掌握产品的质量动态；
7.加强物料管理，降低生产消耗，节约用水、用电、降低生产成本；
8.产品生产流程的编排，生产工艺的落实，实施标准化作业方法；
9.制造成本控制；
10.生产现场财务管理；
11.与业务部门沟通联系、协调；
12.机器设备的定期保养与维护；
13.生产报表的处理与分析；
14.工厂制度的贯彻、工作记录的监管；
15.生产管理人员的工作考核；
16.车间“6S”工作的组织与实施；
17.抓好安全生产，突发事故的及时处理；
18.组织生产员工的培训及新进员工的岗前培训；
19.提高员工士气，稳定员工流动率；
20.定期召开管理会议，工作总结会议；
21.其他相关工作。
职位要求：
1.27-45岁，大专及以上学历；
2.有三年以上光源封装生产管理经验；
3.具备很强的成本管控意识、流程优化、统筹组织及有很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
4.熟悉制造业业务流程、工厂管理、SAP运作、成本管理运作模式；
5.有较好的领导和组织协调能力、沟通能力、执行能力等。
