岗位职责：

1、根据酒店营销目标，制定整体发展规划和年度计划

2、确定政府客户的市场定位，使用适合的销售战略

4、制定销售的市场推销计划、完善工作程序和标准

5、定期对下属进行绩效评估，按奖惩制度实施奖惩，并加强对员工的培训工作、提高员工素质；

6、管理部门日常事务，优化团队，维护酒店及部门利益，上传下达酒店各项规章指令，协调上下级部门关系。

任职要求：

1、本科或以上学历，大学英语四级或以上，拥有大量客户资源；

2、具有政府事务领域相关经验，三年以上五星级酒店销售经理经验；

3、较高的英语书写能力，与外籍客户无障碍沟通；

4、能熟练使用电脑及其他现代办公自动化软件系统。
