职位描述
工作职责：
1、负责进行公司市场战略规划，制定公司的市场总体工作计划，提出市场推广、品牌、公关、活动等方面的具体方向和实施方案；
2、协同营销部门制定与实施营销战略、营销策略、及推广计划；建立品牌及形象的管理制度，强化推进公司品牌及企业形象在全国市场的推广；
3、建立品牌领先优势，选择最优广告推广渠道；强力推广公司高、新、配、对新商品以及服务，增加市场占有率及产品销售；
4、组织部门内部管理制度的建设及工作标准的建立，并监督检查实施情况；管理、监控、评测公司市场费用的使用情况；控制以及完善激励考核制度；
5、负责组织收集国内外相关行业政策、竞争对手信息、客户需求信息、分析市场发展趋势等，并依据公司实际提出可行的思路和建议。

任职资格：
1、35岁左右，市场营销管理或相关专业本科以上学历；八年以上市场营销工作经验，在大型企业任职市场总监三年以上，具有零售行业的从业背景，对该领域发展有深刻理解优先；
2、具备很强的策划能力，熟悉各类媒体运作方式，有大型市场活动推广成功经验；熟悉网络媒体在现代市场营销中的应用，了解网络推广和网络营销；
3、具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；
4、具有现代管理的良好潜质；具备良好的沟通合作技巧及丰富的团队建设经验。
