Position Description:

This person will play a key role in the development of local promotion strategies and materials, and its implementation across all marketing channels for all General Metal Finishing products and technologies. 

Main Responsibilities:

·        Work with Director of Marketing to develop and implement local promotion activities that align with global business strategies and support local business targets to support new product sales.

·        Develop complete communications mix - including promotional collateral, publications (e.g. press releases, articles, papers, newsletters), social media campaigns, advertising and videos - with appropriate team members ensuring integral execution across the different channels within defined areas of industries/platforms.  

·        Specific focus on expanding our digital, especially social media activities.

·        Develop tradeshow and customer seminar concepts and define promotion strategy.

·        Support PMMs and local sales organization with the development of customer presentations.

·        Develop local webinar plan and carry out events as host and moderator.

·        Support internal communications with business success stories and general local news

·        Ensure correct implementation of all brand and design guidelines.

·        Other miscellaneous activities and/or ad-hoc requests as required.

Qualifications-preferred:

·        Degree in marketing and communications or related field with a strong affinity in technical marketing and online media.

·        Proven track record in copywriting technical and promotional materials (Chinese and English).

·        Over 5 years of experiences in B2B sector, automotive industry, marketing or sales.

·        Working experience in digital marketing/social media and methodologies.

·        Experience in the development of marketing campaigns and execution.

·        Highly organized, self-sufficient / hands-on working attitude and attention to detail.

·        High sense of ownership and commitment to grow in this role and build local expertise.
