Job Responsibility:

• Conduct line audits and data collection in lab for determination of new products and processes to promote.
• Perform laboratory evaluations to designed to increase understanding of existing product behavior and characteristics. 
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and existing PST TC equipment including operating manual, maintenance and spare parts
• Manage the disposal of spent process solutions and rinse water in accordance with TC and local guidelines
• General maintenance for the application labs and processing lines.
• Mange chemical inventory of the products required for Applications Lab operation.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree, majored in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a technical laboratory required. 
• Experienced in managing or servicing industrial paint facilities(automotive) is preferred. 
• Must be capable of performing basic equipment maintenance and repairs, such as replacing a valve or defective thermal couple.
• Project management skills required.
• Ability to work independently and within a diverse team required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English required.
