The Position is open in 1.5 years contract type. Principal responsibilities

• Be responsible for T&E payable work for China entities, to ensure the accurate employee payment.

• To ensure all the T&E expense reimbursement check in system as per company's policy;

• T&E bookkeeping & validation to ensure all transactions are correctly booked in SAP and initiate adjustment if necessary;

• Communicate with employee for mistakes identified and follow up the correct action accordingly within the deadline;

• Communicate with employee about company’s T&E policy and keep update of policy if necessary;

• Perform T&E analysis and prepare the monthly report within the deadline;

• Monthly voucher filling

• Other works as line manager required

Required qualifications/experience

• Bachelor Degree major in accounting or finance related

• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years T&E or accounting experience.

• good command of English listening, reading and writing

• able to work under pressure and quick learner

• easygoing and good people communication skill
