PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for quality management system maintenance and improvement.

2. Lead and coordinate internal audit, 3rd party audit and supplier audit, follow the action plan make sure that the CA/PA implemented effectively and collect all the records to support it.

3. Attend the management review, draft the report of annual quality performance and follow-up the improve action defined in the management review meeting.

4. Collect and analyze quality data, submit KPI monthly report, define improvement action with relevant department to achieve the quality target.

5. Develop and update quality standards required, SOP, work instruction and etc., organize the training on the latest version. 

6. Promote the use of advanced quality tools; continuously improve the awareness of TQM.

7. On-site audit suppliers, check corrective action and preventive action effectively taken by the supplier, evaluate supplier’s quality performance with sourcing& project.

8. Coordinate 5S audit monthly.

9. Lead and perform the QC inspection.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS  

1. University graduate, mechanical and design background is a plus.

2. 5+ years working experiences in quality engineering or similar quality related position.

3. Certified as internal auditor of ISO9001/ISO14000/IATF16949/VDA6.3

4. Familiar with PPAP, 6SIGA, QC 7 tooling.

5. Ability to do data analysis, positive working attitude and logical thinking, good communication, teamwork, and capability to work under time pressure.

6. Experience in multi-national company, good command of writing and reading English, good English translation capability is a must.

7. Experience with casting or forging.

8. Automotive industry process experience is preferred.
