工作要求Job Overview 

The Production Planner will support the production planning execution process in our ERP system. Ensures plan integrity and accuracy.

职责内容 Responsibilities and Duties

·        Enter or Adjust Demand Forecast into our ERP system.

    

运用ERP系统记录和调整需求预测。

    

·        Ensure plan integrity as per the Bill of Resources and Routing changes.

    

根据物料清单和运输计划来调整计划,并确保整体计划的完整性。

    

·        Initiate new item setup, protocol changes and assortment percent changes from trials, management, or sales request to the Master Data Management.

    

根据数据管理团队的需求，从试生产、生产管理、销售需求等环节启动新项目，更改协议和调整产品分类。

    

·        Conduct Assortment Reviews with growers or prior to significant product line planning.

    

制定重要产品线规划前，与种植部门进行产品组合审查。

    

·        Enter Production Plan and ensure accuracy compared to forecast and protocols.

    

负责录入生产计划并确保与需求预测一致。

    

·        Supports Senior Production Planner with the introduction of new R&D products and others.

    

       协助高级生产计划员研发新产品。

    

·        Production Plan will be reviewed and adjusted as needed each month.

    

每个月对生产计划进行审查和调整。

任职资格Qualifications

·        Strong at data analysis, good knowledge of MS office products and Excel application.

    

有较强的数据统计技术，熟练操作常用办公软件，精通EXCEL应用。

    

·        Must have ERP systems management capability and the willingness to learn Costa Farms proprietary SAMII ERP system.

    

必须具备ERP系统管理能力，并愿意学习Costa Farms专有的SAMII ERP系统。

    

·        Effective command in spoken/written business English.

    

良好的商务英语口语/书面表达能力。

    

·        Independent, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure.

    

独立、工作有条理、能处理多个任务，能够在压力下工作。

    

·        Willing to take other tasks assigned by the supervisor and having cross department communication.
