岗位职责：
1、为高净值客户提供投资咨询、资产规划服务；
2、根据客户的资产规划、预期收益目标和风险承受能力进行需求分析，出具专业的理财计划方案，推荐合适的理财。
3、为投资顾问提供的有效客户进一步拓展，深入发掘客户质量，开发客户其他第三方投资品种的领域，扩大服务的深度和广度；
4、完成公司定下的月度、季度、年度利润考核指标。
5、服从上级安排，积极工作。


任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，金融、管理相关专业毕业。
2、对金融行业有认同感，具有两年以上销售从业经验及管理经验或三年以上金融行业从业经验。
3、具有高净值客户财富管理或私人银行业务服务经验和客户基础优先考虑。
4、具有极强的学习及沟通能力，对数字敏感，表达能力强。
5、有上进心，能在金融行业进行长期稳定性工作。
