MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Customer & Order management: communicate with English speaking customers, be the link between clients and internal team,update clients on their orders and projects (product development, factory audit, inspections, productions, etc.).

2.Problem-solving: anticipate project issues, identify and solve project obstructions with our team and the client.

3.Development of accounts and Invoicing: retain customers, understand their needs, offer suitable products and services, send invoices and monitor their payments.

REQUIREMENTS

1.English native speaker, 2year trade work experience.

2.Project management, global view,

3.Quick understanding of complex situations,

4.Solution provider,

5.Careful on details,with good communication skills,

6.Open-minded,Organised.

REMUNERATION AND OPPORTUNITIES

Basic salary + Commission

Probation: 2 months.

Working time: from Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm.

Training and learning opportunities provided by the company.

2HEX makes arranging sport equipment productions clear and easy! Companies log into 2HEX, create their custom sport-equipment and press submit. Before they know it, their custom sport equipment arrives at their warehouse.

2HEX has an international team from Germany, Tunisia, USA, and China! Our working language is English. The only thing separating 2HEX’ big and bright office from Kecun metro station is a delicious food street.
