Our client is a famouse Europe trading company.

Location:Shanghai

-Responsible for project implementation within defined schedule, cost and quality standards ;

-Liaise and collaborate with government authorities, external consultants and contractors, etc.;    

-Draft, review and execute contract documents in both Chinese and English;    

-Manage procurement and contractual issues;   

-Provide assistance in development of relevant group real estates project policies and procedures   

-Draft project plan with justifications to adapt the plan to uniqueness of each individual project;    

-Collect external information timely, e.g. government policy changes, codes and regulations updates, industry development, etc., critically assess the information and devise implications to the projects and response plan;   

-Detail oriented in planning and executing projects – think thoroughly of each step;    

-Actively listen to vendors, understand their messages and concerns;   

-Quickly identify features, advantages, disadvantages and risks of potential properties/buildings after conducting preliminary inspection, and conceive possible solutions with sound justifications;   

-Review preliminary design / layout plan, identify issues, potential problems, and propose possible alternatives with justifications;       

要求：    

'-Degree holder in Real Estate and Construction or related disciplines;  

-At least 5 years of post-qualification experience, work experience in construction companies is an advantage;   

-Membership of a professional institution in Project Management / Architectural / Engineering / Surveying / Building / Construction industry, or a similar discipline;   

-Strong technical knowledge and practical experience;   

-Familiar with government approval procedures in China;    

-Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English;   

-A team player who works together with other team members to deliver projects and meet project goals;   

-Open minded to new ideas, opinions and new ways of doing projects;   

-A fast learner to take up new skills required for different assignments;   

-Open to share his/her thoughts and ideas;    

-Flexible to adapt to different project requirements and conditions   

-Strong professional integrity and principle;    

-Positive and can-do attitude;    

-Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, and can work with people from different backgrounds and of different personalities.

Key Point:

1. 本科以上，土木工程专业优先考虑；
2. 7年左右的相关工作经验，具备外资管理、项目承包经验，做过项目，不限工业、商业或者房地产；
3. 愿意学习，性格外向，但工作务实、踏实，负责；
4. 愿意出差，出差频率50%；
5. 能够与施工方、设计院、监理公司协作完成项目；
6. 英文读写顺畅，口语基本沟通。
