Main Accountabilities

• Answering and record the enquiries from potential students and parents;
• Following up Enquiries and keeping track for the progress of enquiry being addressed;
• Meeting with potential students and parents, giving introduction of the school and collecting feedback from them;
• Handling application process, guiding the students/parents through material preparation, submission and other work related to application;
• Collecting data regarding application, submission, analysing the data for the sake of tracking submission progress and adjusting submission strategy.

Core Professional / Other Competencies required

• High proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness and openness for an international environment in a Chinese landscape
• Ability to do translation in Korean language into Mandarin and English.  In depth knowledge in Korean culture and able to communicate with Korean parents, answering their queries, and resolving their problems regarding school places, as well as enrolment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and parents
• Ability to express his or her views on related work openly.
• Effective command of common PC and Mac productivity tools
• Service-oriented, detail-oriented with good organization skills
• Quick learner, supportive with a hands-on, can-do attitude
• Reliable and responsible, enable to work with flexibility and patience
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural community
