Establishing and maintaining Quality Management System to comply with nation and industry quality regulations and standards.

- Focusing on customers’quality requirement. Establish, drive and optimize processes to provide customers with solutions or services.

- Being responsible for improving internal quality processes and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction, implementing quality strategy and follow up all the actions

- Being responsible for reporting and review for relevant required Quality Report.

- Ensuring the use of quality data analysis, use of quality tools, and continuous improvement and providing relevant quality training to local teams.

- Set up plant quality target such as COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality), number of customer complain, annual sorting cost, scrap cost

- Monitor quality performance in production line and customer side, lead to define measures for improvement from development stage throughout mass production and EOP(End of Production)

- Get involved in all advanced product quality planning procedures to ensure high product quality in mass production

- Have authority to shut down production activities against any abnormal quality process controlling requirement

 

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree, major in engineering/material related

2. Over 10 years process quality experience for electrical/ smart products in automotive or smart industry within at least 5 years leadership experience

3. Analytical problem solving, project team membership and decision-making skills

4. Practical experience in leading quality improvement activities/projects in plant

5. Proficiency in auto industry quality system such as ISO 9000/QS9000 /IATF16949/ VDA6.3

6.Excellent oral and written English skills.
